The entries made in a Bitcoin block are permanent. The entries can never be removed or altered by any means.

All these transactions are to be recorded properly for tracking the payments made by one party to another with their names and other details. These Bitcoin transactions in a fixed period of time are recorded into a Bitcoin block, the Bitcoin transactions recording file.
A Bitcoin Block records data of Bitcoin transactions in present time and gives way to the next empty Block when it is full. It is like turning a fresh page of a ledger when the previous page is written all over.
